Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping in the borders of South Africa is free of charge for any orders that exceed R494-00 in total value. Orders placed for a value less than R495-00 will be subject to a minimal postage charge.
A small shipping fee is charged for exports to SADC ccountries. We do not export to Europe, USA and Australia at this stage.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order being placed and confirmation of payment being received.
Delivery is overnight wityh speed services (Mon to Fri). All orders are posted on a counter to counter basis.
You will receive a postal tracking number so that you are able to track the progress of your delivery at www.sapo.co.za
Payments are accepted by means of direct deposit or EFT. Credit card payments can be made using Payfast which is the safest method of online payment in South Africa. Unfortunately, Paypal payment can only be made in USD and so the S.A version of Paypal - Payfast is used.
Returns policy.
On receipt of your goods, please inspect goods carefully prior to removing labels or packaging. Goods that are not suitable or which do not fit correctly will be exchanged by us providing that the labels are intact and that they are returned to us in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Our postal details can be found in the about us section.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on Rubedo due to the nature of the product.
Intimate items such as lingerie can not be returned due to health reasons.
Goods that are refunded will be refunded at full price less postal fees and 10% handling.
